Koolkerke is suburb of Bruges in the province of West Flanders in Belgium. Its name derives from Kool, a short version of the name Nicolas, hence from the from the church of St Nicholas. The church in Koolkerke was named by the settlement's founder, Nicolaas Gaillaerd. De Werf is a Belgian arts center based in Bruges. It organizes concerts and records CDs for jazz musicians. The first record it released was Sketches of Belgium by K. D. In 1995, it released Variations On A Love Supreme (compositions by Kris Defoort and Fabrizio Cassol). In 2002, an 11-CD box was edited by De Werf under the name The Finest Of Belgian Jazz.
Choco-Story
Choco-Story, the Chocolate Museum in Bruges, Belgium, is located in the sixteenth-century "Huis de Crone" building on Sint-Jansplein (at the intersection of Wijnzakstraat and Sint-Jansstraat) in central Bruges. This building was originally the home of a wine tavern. It later housed a bakery and, most recently, a furniture making shop. Choco-Story was opened by Eddie Van Belle and his son, Cedric.

Gouden Hand (the two words sometimes written together, as Goudenhand, and meaning "Golden Hand") is a canal in Brugge, Belgium. Goudenhand is also the name of two streets along the same canal. These are, Goudenhandrei immediately along the canal ("rei" being the name given to Brugge's canals) and Goudenhandstraat along the opposite side in a line parallel but not contiguous to the canal.
