The Vrije Universiteit Brussel listen is a Dutch-speaking university located in Brussels, Belgium. It has two campuses referred to as Etterbeek and Jette. The university's name is sometimes abbreviated by "VUB" or translated to "Free University of Brussels".
Vesalius College
Vesalius College, also known commonly as VeCo, is a Liberal Arts college situated in the heart of Brussels, Belgium. The college is operated in association with the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. It is named after Andreas Vesalius, one of the first and foremost pioneers in the study of Anatomy who lived during the Renaissance period. Stoclet Palace
The Stoclet Palace is a private mansion built by architect Josef Hoffmann between 1905 and 1911 in Brussels, Belgium, for banker and art lover Adolphe Stoclet. Considered Hoffman's masterpiece, the Stoclet's house is one of the most refined and luxurious private houses of the twentieth century. The mansion is still occupied by the Stoclet family and is not open to visitors. It was designated as a world heritage site by UNESCO in June 2009.
Delta station
Delta is a Brussels metro and railroad station in the municipality of Auderghem/Oudergem, Brussels Capital Region. It is also the site of the primary maintenance facility for all heavy metro rolling stock. Because of this, Delta originates the Brussels Metro’s earliest services in the morning and is also the last station where metro trains terminate at night. The maintenance complex also services a large fleet of buses.

20 km of Brussels
The 20 km of Brussels (French: 20 km de Bruxelles, Dutch: 20 km door Brussel) is a 20.1 km race that has been held each year in Brussels since 1980, usually in May. It used to have a maximum number of 25,000 entries, which were normally sold out quite quickly after places go on sale in March, but in 2010 a staggered start-time approach led to an increased maximum number of entries of 30,000. The race is a major event in Brussels, with a large turnout of supporters.
Brussels and the European Union
Brussels is considered to be the de facto capital of the European Union, having a long history of hosting the institutions of the European Union within its European Quarter. The EU has no official capital, and no plans to declare one, but Brussels hosts the official seats of the European Commission, Council of the European Union, and European Council, as well as a seat (officially the second seat but de facto the most important one) of the European Parliament.

The Thieffry Metro Station is one of the Brussels metro stations on the eastern branch of line 5. The metro station is located in the municipality of Etterbeek. It was formerly on line 1A until April 2009. The station was opened in 1976 and is named after the Belgian aviator Edmond Thieffry.

The Pétillon metro station is one of the Brussels metro stations on the eastern branch of line 5. The metro station is located in the municipality of Etterbeek. The station was opened in 1976 and is named after Major Pétillon, a Belgian colonial pioneer who died in Etterbeek in 1909. The station underwent an 18 month, 6.3 million euro renovation ending in April 2008. The station is also visited by tram lines 7 and 25.
Hankar metro station
The Hankar Metro Station is one of the Brussels metro stations on the eastern branch of line 5. It was formerly on line 1A, until April 2009. The station was opened in 1976 and is named after Square Baron Robert Hankar. The station features a giant mural by Roger Somville.
Beaulieu metro station
Beaulieu Metro Station is one of the Brussels metro stations on the eastern branch of line 5 and was opened in 1976. Until 1977 it was the eastern terminus of what was line 1A, when the extension to Demey station was opened. In 1985 the line was further extended to Herrmann-Debroux. In April 2009 this branch became part of line 5.
Demey metro station
Demey Metro Station is one of the Brussels metro stations on the eastern branch of line 5 and was opened in 1977. Until the opening of the extension to Herrmann-Debroux in 1985, Demey station was the eastern terminus of line 1A. This part of line 1A became part of line 5 in April 2009. The station is located in Auderghem.

Avenue de Tervueren
Avenue de Tervueren or Tervurenlaan is a major thoroughfare in Brussels, Belgium. It runs from Merode in the west, connects with Montgomery Square, passes through Woluwe-Saint-Pierre and the Ring at Quatre Bras and finishes at the park in Tervuren. Geographically it forms a continuation of Rue de la Loi / Wetstraat which runs from the centre of Brussels. The Rue de la Loi ends at the western end of Cinquantenaire park, while the Avenue de Tervueren starts at the eastern end of the park.

The Boondael railway station in Ixelles, Belgium is a SNCB railway station in Brussels. The station is a stop for local trains running on the routes Vilvoorde - Halle, Mechelen - Halle (via Vilvoorde), Mechelen - Geraardsbergen (via Halle) and Aalst - Braine-l'Alleud. The station lies on line 26 between the Delta and Saint-Job railway stations, respectively in the municipalities of Auderghem and Uccle. The station offers a connection with tram routes 25 and 94.
Watermael railway station
The Watermael railway station is a railway station in the municipality of Watermael-Boitsfort in Brussels, Belgium operated by SNCB/NMBS. The station is located on the line 161 connecting Brussels to Namur, between the stations of Etterbeek and Boitsfort. It has been painted many times by famous painter Paul Delvaux. Trains calling at that station are local trains travelling between Brussels-South and Louvain-La-Neuve and between Brussels-South and Namur.
Boitsfort railway station
The Boitsfort railway station is a railway station located in the municipality of Watermael-Boitsfort in Brussels, Belgium and operated by the SNCB/NMBS. It is on the line 161 connecting Brussels and Namur, between the stations of Watermael and Groenendaal. The Boitsfort railway station can be accessed via the Chaussée de La Hulpe/Terhulpsesteenweg next to the Sonian Forest and the Boitsfort Hippodrome. Many companies have offices nearby the station, for instance Emakina, Asahi Glass Co.

Boileau premetro station
The Boileau premetro station is part of the Brussels Metro system. It is located in the municipality of Etterbeek in the Brussels-Capital Region of Belgium. The station opened on 30 January 1975. Named for the nearby Rue Boileaustraat, it is situated on the Sint-Michielslaan/Boulevard Saint-Michel section of the greater ring adjacent to the Boileau tunnel.
