Bardoc, Western Australia
Bardoc is an abandoned town in the Goldfields-Esperance region of Western Australia. It is situated between Kalgoorlie and Menzies along the Goldfields Highway. The towns name is Aboriginal in origin and is taken from a hill close to town. The word barduk means near or close in the local dialect. The town was gazetted on 3 June 1896. Alluvial gold was first discovered in the area in 1894, and by 1895 over 400 men were working the area.
Kurnalpi, Western Australia
Kurnalpi is an abandoned town in the Goldfields-Esperance region of Western Australia. It is situated between Norseman and Laverton. In 1894 alluvial gold was discovered in the area sparking a rush to the area, a townsite being surveyed later the same year and gazetted in 1895. The post office was established later the same year and continued to operate until at least 1910.

Windanya is a ghost town located between Kalgoorlie and Leonora in the Goldfields-Esperance region of Western Australia. During the mid-1890s gold was discovered in the area and the Australasia mine was established by 1897. Following an increase in population the townsite was gazetted in 1897. The name was suggested by the surveyor H.S. King. It is the Aboriginal name for a place near Broad Arrow.
