Armadale is a suburb within the City of Armadale, located on the south-eastern edge of Perth's metropolitan area. The major junction of the South Western and Albany Highways, which connect Perth with the South West and Great Southern regions of Western Australia respectively, is located within the suburb. It is also the terminus of the Armadale railway line, one of five major railway lines to service Perth.

Byford, Western Australia
Byford is a suburb on the southeastern edge of Perth, Australia, originally founded as the townsite of Beenup in 1906. Beenup took its name from the railway siding there, a corruption of the Aboriginal name of nearby Beenyup Brook. In 1920, the name was changed to Byford and is believed to be descriptive. In 1977, Byford moved from the Shire of Armadale-Kelmscott to the Shire of Serpentine-Jarrahdale.

Wungong, Western Australia
Wungong (archaic spelling Wongong, both pronounced Woongong) is a semi-rural south-eastern suburb of Perth, Western Australia, located midway between Armadale and Byford and under the administration of the City of Armadale. The name derives from that of a government townsite on the Perth-Bunbury [railway railway] line, proclaimed on 12 March 1909 and named after the nearby Wungong Brook. The course of this brook was first traced by Alfred Hillman in January 1835.

Old Jarrah Tree
The Old Jarrah tree is an exceptionally large and old Eucalyptus marginata (Jarrah) tree near inside the carpark the entrance at the corner Third Road and Church Avenue in Armadale, Western Australia. It is estimated to be between 400 and 800 years old. Trees of such a great size and age are rare in and around the Perth metropolitan area, because of extensive logging of the area in the 19th century.
City of Armadale
The City of Armadale is a local government area in the south-eastern suburbs of the Western Australian capital city of Perth, about 28 kilometres southeast of Perth's central business district. The City covers an area of 560 square kilometres, much of which is state forest rising into the Darling Scarp to the east, and has a population of 62,296 as at the 2011 Census

It lies immediately south of the suburb of Forrestdale, and 8 km south-east of Jandakot Airport.
Wungong Tunnel
The Wungong Tunnel links the Wungong Dam to Perth's Integrated Water Supply System. It originates just west of Wungong Dam and runs through the granite Darling Scarp to the western portal in Rails Crescent.

Armadale Reptile Centre
The Armadale Reptile Centre is a zoological garden in Armadale, Western Australia that focuses on herpetology and wildlife endemic to Western Australia. Opened to the public in 1995, the Armadale Reptile Centre houses a large variety of native reptiles and other wildlife with over 50 different species on display including various species of snakes, turtles and lizards as well as emus, parrots, wombats, dingos, bats and a wedge-tailed eagle.
Kelmscott Senior High School
Kelmscott Senior High School is a public co-educational high school in Western Australia. The school is located on Cammillo Road in the suburb of Kelmscott. The school was established in 1973 and caters for students in Year 8 to 12. The number of student enrolments have remained relatively stable over the last five years. The school enrolled 1560 students in 2007, then 1562 in 2008, to 1573 in 2009, then fell to 1379 in 2010 and to 1439 in 2011.
Cecil Andrews Senior High School
Cecil Andrews Senior High School formerly known as West Armadale High School is a public co-educational high school in Western Australia. The school is located on Seville Drive in the suburb of Armadale. The school was established in 1980 and caters for students in Year 8 to 12. The school is names after Dr Cecil Rollo Paten Andrews who was an Inspector General of Schools in Western Australia from 1903 to 1912 and was Director of Education from 1912 to 1930.
Armadale Senior High School
Armadale Senior High School is a public co-educational high school in Western Australia. The school is located on the South Western Highway in the suburb of Armadale. Construction of the school commenced in 1952 and was opened as a District High School in 1953 the school became a senior high school in 1963 and still caters for students in Year 8 to 12. The inaugural Principal was Mr Reidal who managed the school from 1953 to 1956. The next principal was Bill Walker who served from 1957 to 1959.
Armadale Kelmscott District Memorial Hospital
Armadale Kelmscott District Memorial Hospital is a general public hospital in Armadale, in Perth's south-eastern suburbs. The hospital, which includes an emergency department with 47 patient spaces, is located on the Armadale Health Service campus. The campus also includes Armadale's Community Health Service, Mental Health Service, and Aged Care and Rehabilitation Service.
