It is named after Claremont House, which was built in the 1830s by local settler Henry Bilton, who named it after one of the royal homes of England. Moorilla Estate

Moorilla is a winery located in the suburb of Berriedale, 12 km north of the city centre of Hobart, Tasmania. It was established in 1958 by Italian-Australian former textile merchant Claudio Alcorso. The winery produces a number of cool climate wines, and also produces five beers under the label Moo Brew. Accommodation was added in 2000 and consisting of four hilltop chalets which feature items from the Museum of Old and New Art. Four further pavilions were opened in 2009.

Baskerville Raceway is a 2.01 km (1.26 mi) permanent motor racing circuit. It is located at 473 Baskerville Rd, Old Beach- a northern suburb of Hobart, Tasmania, Australia.
