Tea Tree Plaza Interchange
Tea Tree Plaza Interchange (previously known as Modbury Interchange) is an interchange belonging to the Adelaide Metro. It is the terminating station of the O-Bahn Busway, and is a central public transport hub for the north eastern suburbs of Adelaide, South Australia. Stage 2 of the O-Bahn Busway (Paradise Interchange to Tea Tree Plaza) was given the go ahead in 1986, and opened on 20 August 1989.
Division of Makin
The Division of Makin is an electoral division for the Australian House of Representatives located in the northeastern suburbs of Adelaide. Established in 1984 and named after Norman Makin, a former MP and diplomat, it has been a marginal seat at most elections since. It includes the suburbs of Tea Tree Gully, Modbury, Salisbury Heights, Salisbury East and Para Hills. It is known as a mortgage belt seat, with a large proportion of the population in the area paying off home loans.

Modbury Hospital opened in 1973, with the Education Centre built in 1979, followed by the Woodleigh House mental health unit in 1980.
Anstey Hill Recreation Park
Anstey Hill Recreation Park is a 362-hectare public park approximately 19 kilometres northeast of Adelaide, South Australia. It is managed by the City of Tea Tree Gully, the Department for Environment and Heritage and a volunteer group—The Friends of Anstey Hill. The park is designed for recreational walking, and there are no visitor facilities. It is part of Yurrebilla, the Greater Mount Lofty Parklands, and is a significant reserve of bushland in the foothills of the Mount Lofty Ranges.
St Agnes, South Australia

Hope Valley Reservoir
The Hope Valley Reservoir is a 2840 megalitre service reservoir in Hope Valley, South Australia, a suburb of Adelaide, South Australia. When completed in 1873 it was the second reservoir constructed in Adelaide; it is the oldest still in use in South Australia. It covers 52 hectares and is retained behind a 950-metre long clay-cored earth wall. Water is transferred from the River Torrens via a tunnel and aqueduct.
