Onkaparinga River
The Onkaparinga River runs from its source between Mount Torrens and Charleston in the Mount Lofty Ranges, and flows south westerly to an estuary at Port Noarlunga. The catchment is over 500 km² in area, and is in part located in the Onkaparinga River National Park. The Onkaparinga River is the second major river of the Adelaide region, after the River Torrens. The name derives from the Indigenous Kaurna name Ngangiparri which translates as "The Women's River".

There is a jetty that connects to a 1.6 km long natural reef that is exposed at low tide.
Lonsdale railway station
Lonsdale railway station is a railway station on the Noarlunga railway line, which is located in the southern Adelaide suburb of Lonsdale. It is located 26.7 km by railway from the Adelaide Railway Station. The station was opened in 1976 as a part of the extension of the Adelaide-Marino line. The station was staffed in the early days of the station but the building part of the platform has since been demolished, and there is no evidence of the building left.

Lonsdale was farmed from shortly after European settlement until the 1950s, when the South Australian Housing Trust acquired much of the land for industrial use. Mobil's Port Stanvac Refinery and Chrysler's engine foundry were followed by many other manufacturing and service industries.

Centro Colonnades is one of the largest shopping centres in Adelaide, South Australia. The shopping centre is located in the City of Onkaparinga, in the suburb of Noarlunga Centre. Colonnades is located on a large allotment of land with access from Goldsmith Drive, Beach Road and Burgess Road. The centre contains two supermarkets, several department stores, as well as an Angus & Robertson, Homeart, JB Hi-Fi and Best and Less and approximately 200 other specialty stores.

The suburb is purely commercial, being dominated by the Centro Colonnades shopping centre. Thus there are no private residents. The suburb is bordered by Beach Road to the north, Dyson Road to the west and Goldsmith Road to the east and south. Burgess Drive, Seaman Road and David Witton Drive are the main thoroughfares inside the boundaries of the suburb.

It has been the home of South Australian National Football League (SANFL) club South Adelaide Football Club ("The Panthers") since 1995. The oval has a capacity of 12,000 people, with seating for up to 1,000 in the Jim Deane Grandstand, named in honor of South Adelaide's 1953 and 1957 Magarey Medallist.

Korro railway station
Korro railway station was a ground level stopping place during the passenger transport days of this line. Shortly after the stop, the railway crossed the Onkaparinga River. The old bridge, built in 1914, had 3 spans, each of 70 feet, and was of lattice-type girder construction. A second bridge, built in 1930, also has 3 spans of rivetted plate-girder construction founded on concrete abutment piers driven into the bedrock. Height 17 feet, 3 inches.
Noarlunga railway station
Noarlunga is a closed railway station in Adelaide, South Australia. It was an unattended crossing station, with water available. The ticket agency was closed in 1946. The stop is now completely disused, the entire Willunga railway line line having been dismantled in 1972. This railway station is not to be confused with the later Noarlunga Centre railway station, the terminus of the Noarlunga Centre railway line.
Moana railway station
Moana is a closed railway station in Adelaide, South Australia. It was a ground level stopping place during the passenger transport days of this line, and a 1965 reference mentioned that it was no longer used at that date. There was a smaller stop following this called 'Noarlunga Sand Siding' opened in 1928 for loading sand which closed in September 1950. A 1965 reference remarks that traces of the old siding could still be seen at that date on the curve before Pedlars Creek Road crossing.
