Shire of Caboolture
The Shire of Caboolture was a local government area located in the Australian state of Queensland on the northern urban fringe of the capital, Brisbane, and south of the Sunshine Coast. The Shire covered an area of 1,224.4 square kilometres, of which approximately one-quarter was urban, and existed as a local government entity from 1879 until 2008, when it amalgamated with the City of Redcliffe and Shire of Pine Rivers to form the Moreton Bay Region.

Alma Park Zoo is a 40-acre zoo located north of Brisbane, Australia, in Dakabin on Alma Road. The small 20-acre park is filled with Australian and exotic species. Alma Park zoo is fully landscaped with walking paths through tropical gardens under a canopy of rainforest trees and plants. A number of enclosures are walkthrough, such as the fallow deer and kangaroo enclosures. Koalas can be patted and photographed twice daily.
Lakeside International Raceway
Lakeside Park, formerly known as Lakeside International Raceway is a motor racing circuit located at Pine Rivers 30 km north of Brisbane and lies adjacent to Lake Kurwongbah. The circuit is known as the spiritual home of Queensland motorsport was built by volunteers and borrowed machinery in the 1960s. The 2.41 km circuit opened in 1961 and was closed in mid 2001. The circuit reopened on 5 April 2008, with a race meeting held the following day.

The design of the centre is heritage style from the delicate details of lace work edging, historic style street lamps and complex cornice work, to the prominent leadlight glass in the atrium and natural skylights throughout. When the shopping centre first opened in 1997 it had stores including Target, Kmart, Franklins and Bi-Lo.
