Port Stephens
Port Stephens, an open youthful tide dominated drowned valley estuary, is a large natural harbour of approximately 134 square kilometres located in the Hunter Region of New South Wales, Australia. Port Stephens lies within the Port Stephens-Great Lakes Marine Park and is situated about 160 kilometres north-east of Sydney.
Corlette, New South Wales
Corlette is a suburb of the Port Stephens local government area in the Hunter Region of New South Wales, Australia. It is located just west of Nelson Bay on the shores of Port Stephens. It was named after Captain James Corlette who skippered the 63 tonnes cutter Lambton which was the first privately owned local vessel. The Corlette was first used to ship timber and wool out of Port Stephens in 1816.

PS Brighton
PS Brighton was a ferry constructed by Thomas B Seath of Rutherglen in 1883 for the Sydney to Manly run. She was hulked in 1916 and used as a storeship for timber exporters in Port Stephens. Her hull lies abandoned in The Duckhole at Port Stephens.
