Béni Ikhlef is a town and commune in Kerzaz District, Béchar Province, in western Algeria. According to the 2008 census its population is 2,459, up from 2,280 in 1998, with an annual growth rate of 0.8%. The commune covers an area of 2,617 square kilometres .
